Secondary (7th – 12th grade) Summer Reading – Click on the link below to view the google folder containing all secondary summer reading assignments and files. Students are required to have this completed by the first day of school. Please email awitschorke@lifegateschool.org for middle school questions & mingersoll@lifegateschool.org for high school questions.
High school students may visit this folder for assignments and instructions specific to your grade level.

Elementary does not require summer reading. However, it is strongly encouraged for students to maintain the hard work they have achieved in the prior year. Athletic Forms
- UIL Pre-Participation Form completed every year before their first practice, which includes a physical by a doctor.
- Lifegate Athletic Code of Conduct – must be signed by student & parent / legal guardian before the first practice or the first day of school, whichever occurs first.
- Lifegate Transportation Waiver must be filled out once and be on file in the office, so if you have already filled one out previously there is no need for another one unless something needs to be changed.
