Athletics
Middleschool & Highschool
Students can participate in different sports from 6th-12th Grades. LCS has football, basketball, volleyball, track, and cheerleading.
Choir
Middleschool & Highschool
Students can participate in the LCS Choir. Every year the Choir has Winter and Spring concerts as well as a choir ministry trip to Fort Davis.
Sound Team
Middleschool & Highschool
On the sound team, students will learn to serve by overseeing microphone setup and operating the sound board for chapel services and other school events.
Chapel Praise Band
Singers
The chapel praise band isn’t just made up of student and staff musicians, but also singers. Every member of the chapel team receives training in just what it means to worship God through song, and serve on a praise band. LCS utilizes Bob Kauflin’s training resources from Sovereign Grace Churches.

We are dedicated to serving our youth in leadership, agriculture, and various projects while being a Christ like example in our community.
Visual team
Middleschool & Highschool
On the visual team, students will learn to serve by overseeing the videos and slides graphics for chapel services and other school events.
Chapel Praise Band

God designed for his people to gather together for mutual care and growth into Christ-likeness.
In the Church, there are church leaders that are called to shepherd God’s people by way of right teaching of the Word, along with the care and correction of church members that leads them towards growth in maturity of Christ-likeness.
And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers,to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ,until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ,from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.

The Ministry of LCS…
Lifegate Christian School is a ministry of Lifegate Church and serves to fulfill a part of the church’s mission – “To make and mature disciples of Jesus Christ among our neighbors, nations, and throughout generations – for the glory of God.” From Kindergarten through twelfth grade, students engage in learning at a high level academically, but our ultimate desire is that by the grace of God, LCS would be a place that makes and matures young disciples of Jesus.
